About us
During the last few years, major efforts have been undertaken in the Alps to maintain biodiversity by establishing a pan-Alpine ecological network. This generation-spanning task requires a common vision and must be put into practice by coherent strategies of all different actors leading to the success of the same Alpine-wide objective.

Three closely linked initiatives are working together on the Alpine ecological network, the Ecological Continuum Initiative, the Platform Ecological Network of the Alpine Convention, and the ECONNECT project.
